Hype: The Grand Tour Gets A Release Date (Video)

After waiting with baited breath, we finally know when the ex-Top Gear trio’s new show, “The Grand Tour” (lets just call it “TGT”) will air on Amazon.  In a short video (that you can see below) it was announced that TGT will begin on November 18th.  That’s just about two months from now which isn’t too far off.  It was also announced that new episodes will be released weekly, every Friday on Amazon Prime.  Amazon has contracted the trio for three seasons and each season will be 12 episodes.

A few lucky people (including a few industry folks we know) will be lucky enough to attend a live taping of The Grand Tour, our invite was lost in the email it seems.  Anyway, judging by this short (but awesome) trailer it looks like Clarkson, Hammond, and May are in old form but in the best way possible.
