Audi R8 V10 Spider To Make Appearance In Iron Man 2

Autoexpress had some ninjas on the Iron Man 2 set and snapped off some awsome shots of Robert Downey Jr. AKA Tony Stark driving the yet-to-be-released Audi R8 V10 Spider.  How do we know its the V10?
