Second Wave Of BAPE x F1 Clothing Collab Debuts At Japanese GP

Back in the day BAPE was one of my favorite fashion brands. I was never able to rock any of it but I always appreciated their style. Despite being around for quite a while now, they are still keeping things fresh.

In the wake of the Japanese Grand Prix, the second wave of their latest collaboration with Formula 1 debuted. The line mixes BAPE’s trademark camo design with F1 branding on a series of shirts and hoodies. If you had a chance to watch the race you might have also noticed that BAPE camo adorned the podium as well.

I really like the designs and I think it is pretty cool that F1 is exploring these types of cross branding collaborations. The downside is, there is a good chance that all of the items are sold out by the time you read this.

They actually officially launched the second wave about a week ago online and in select BAPE stores. So, if you didn’t pick anything up already you may be outta luck. But hey, there’s always ebay right?

Check out a few of the BAPE x F1 designs below and let me know what you think about them in the comments or tweet to me at @MotorworldHype.
