Hype Event: Formula D Tech Day At UTI

Over the weekend all the slideways veterans and drift rookies came out to Universal Technical Institute in Rancho Cucamonga to get their cars checked out and make sure all is kosher for the 2010 Formula Drift season.  For a few teams this event was the public debut of their new cars such as Sam Hubinette’s Challenger and Michael Essa’s BMW 335i powered by an M5 V10 engine.  It was cool to finally see all the new cars up close.  Despite a slightly smaller crowd this year (probably due to the heat) it was a pretty awesome event.  If you didn’t make it out this year you should definitely make the trip next year!
