Sorry about the slow churn but our E3 videos are rolling out, I promise! To get things going again I wanted to give you my quick first impressions of Ubisoft’s The Crew 2.
I had a chance to play a brief demo at E3 and while short, the demo contained several racing experiences.
Everything from street racing a Porsche 911 GT3, to racing a speed boat on the Hudson river, to flying, yes flying a stunt plane over a city skyline.
It was a pretty big departure from anything that I’m used to but I mean that in a good way. It was refreshing to try so many different vehicles in one game. For my full thoughts on the demo check out the video below.
The Crew 2 first impressions:
Here is the TL;DW: The Crew 2 is definitely not for those looking for a realistic simulator-like racing experience but more for those who want to just have fun in an open world in a variety of vehicles. The graphics look great but no word on if The Crew 2 will run at 4k on consoles like the Xbox One X or PS4 Pro.
