Hype Video: 5 Things You Are Doing Wrong When Driving A Manual Transmission

Learning how to drive a manual transmission for the first time can be tricky.  I sure as shift didn’t get it right away but once its learned its one of those things that can never really be forgotten; like riding a bike.  However, once people get comfortable doing it they may fall into some bad habits which can cause wear on various transmission parts.  In the video below from the Engineering Explained YouTube channel, the host goes over 5 common things that most people do when driving a manual transmission that they shouldn’t.  For example, resting your hand on the shifter while driving.  I am personally guilty of this!  Why is it bad?  Watch the video below for a very concise explanation.
