Gamer Hype: Sebastien Loeb Is Getting His Own Rally Racing Video Game (Video)

Sebastien Loeb has been called one of the greatest rally drivers of all time.  He has won the WRC title nine times in a row.  He has made a ton of money from sponsorships, endorsements, and even had time to grab himself a pikes peak record while he was at it. BUT! The dude didn’t have his own video game so none of that counted.  …Until now!  It was just announced that Loeb will finally get his own video game that will be published by Bandai-Namco.  The rally racing game dubbed “Sebastien Loeb Rally EVO” and will afford players to be coached and guided by Loeb himself through their own virtual rally racing career.

The cars that players will drive range all the way from the legendary Group B up to today’s WRC cars.  The game will also feature dynamic weather affects, damage modeling (including tire punctures), and an “advanced physics” engine.  Of course a multi-player mode will be available as well because what good is a rally racing game if you cant destroy your friends in it?  The game will be available on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and on PC via Steam.  Although there is no solid release date just the vague window of “autumn 2015”.  This means we will likely get more info about the game and maybe even a chance to play it at E3 2015.  We will keep you posted!  For now you can check out a few in-game screen shots and developer diary videos below.
