HKS and Nobuteru “N.O.B.” Taniguchi Return to D1GP Japan

It looks like N.O.B. (No One Better) and HKS came back to the Japanese arm of the D1GP after his sabatical.  I wonder if this means we wont see him make any more apperances at Formula D?  Oh well, check out his new car.  Its radiating extreme levels of FRESH.  I’ll take two
