Back in my high school days my life was changed when I opened up an issue of Sport Compact Car (RIP) and in it I found a detailed illustrated diagram of how a turbocharger works.
It opened my world and introduced me to the “replacement for displacement” and it was the push that caused me to dive head first into performance modifications.
Now, I realize that most of you reading this probably already know how a turbocharger works, this post is not for you.
