John Pangilinan talks with us about his entry into the 2010 Scion Tuner Challenge. His concept was to totally break the mold and create a one-off 2011 Scion tC time attack car with a full widebody kit designed by Jon Sibal. Believe it or not this car came in 2nd place (coughcoughROBBEDcough). Personally I think this should have won the top prize!
