When Mark Arcenal isn’t building dope cars, he is busy running his illest fashion line; and as many fashion lines do these days Mark collabs with other brands to create cool limited edition shh-er stuff.  The latest from illest has me pretty excited.  Later this month (Nov. 17th 2012) illest will drop a super limited set of illest x Beats By Dre x RWB studio headphones with a design inspired by Mark Arcenal’s own PANDORA ONE RWB Porsche 911. 

They look pretty fresh don’t they? Well I should give you fair warning that only 200 sets will be produced in total!  Not only will you have to be fast to pick up a set you will also need to have some serious disposable income as these limited edition headphones will set you back $349.99 per unit!  So, yeah… Good luck with that!

LIMITED RELEASE TO BE AVAILABLE ON NOVEMBER 17, 2012

San Francisco, Calif – October 31, 2012 – ILLEST has announced the release of the Illest Edition Beats Studio headphone available November 17, 2012. Limited to 200 pieces the headphones will be available at both Illest LA and SF flagship locations, the flagship Beats Store in NYC, and online at www.illest.com.

The black safari, grey and gold design was inspired by the Illest Pandora One RWB car that coincides with the release. The Illest Pandora One will be on display at the Illest San Francisco flagship during the release event.

The Illest Edition Beats Studio headphones will be available in an extremely limited quantity of 200 with each pair being numbered. Each Illest flagship store will receive 50 pieces each on November 17 and will be celebrated with a release event at each location.

The famous JDMEGO “Yuck Face” is back in a new 3 inch round sticker.  I will be the first to admit I do not totally understand the lore of the “Yuck Face” but I will also happily admit I like the design!  An added bonus of the new stickers is that they are also waterproof!  Now you can rep in a typhoon if you wanted to, but I probably would not suggest it.  Anyhow you can pick up a pack of 4 stickers for $5.75 right now in the JDMEGO store.

To put it nicely Rota wheels are heavily “inspired” by other wheel brands.  That is to say, if you want to put it nicely.  JDMEGO however absolutely does not want to put it nicely as demonstrated in their new “Friends Don’t Let Friends” shirt squarely aimed at Rota’s “inspired” designs.  It certainly does not look like JDMEGO will be making new friends from China any time soon!  Major props to who ever sports this shirt while visitng a Rota booth at a car show!

Our buddy Jay at JDMEGO is expanding his “Hurt Feelings” line with a set of vinyl stickers.  We already know we will see a ton of these stuck all over the show cars at Formula Drift Irwindale this year.  If you want one they are only 4 bucks!  There are also two other color schemes at the top of the store if you dont like the sea green/black color scheme pictured here.

Our buddy DropJay has re-configured the JDMEGO “Defend Authenticity” sticker into an 8-inch rectangular format sans AK-47, for the less violent of us out there.  You can pick these up in Blue/Baby Blue and Silver/Gunmetal color schemes and they’re only $3.75 a pop!  Head over to the JDMEGO store to pick some up!  P.S. Now you can get Dropjay’s JDMEGO dice valve stem caps in GT Blue!  Yes, I realize the irony of using a red hyperlink to something that is blue!  Anwyay,  I think this might be my new favorite color for the dice over the time attack versions.

Our buddy Drop-Jay of JDMEGO really hates knock-offs and counterfiets of popular quality parts and accessories.  To help communicate his personal rage he has produced a run of these stickers that call to all of us to “Defend Authenticity!“  While I agree, I think maybe the gun might be a bit over kill.  How about we defend authenticity non-violently? All you JDM EGO fiends looking for something new now have reason to celebrate.  Our buddy Jay has just dropped his popular dice valve stem caps in a “time attack” (black & red) color way.  These would go nicely if you are already rocking a set of TE37 time attacks but that’s the obvious route.  I’m sure some of you out there could think of other stylish ways to rock these dice so pick up a set from the JDM EGO store for only 21 bucks (plus shipping) and have at it!

I’m not sure what possessed my buddy Jay from JDM EGO to release this “Hella Bored With Stance”  license plate frame, then again I guess the statement makes the motivation obvious.  The more likely explanation is that Jay is just having a little good natured fun with our Hellaflush friends up north.  Either way,  this is bound to get some attention among the hard core guys whether you agree or disagree.  Just call me Switzerland because I am neutral on this one!
