While the 2017 Civic Type R is still shrouded in a bit of mystery, its very capable younger brother, the Civic Si is now an open book and available right now. So, after all the guessing, speculation, and theories what are Civic Si buyers actually getting?
Well if you’ve missed any of previous 5 million posts about the Civic Si specs a quick run down goes like this: 205HP turbocharged 1.5 liter all-aluminum engine, limited slip diff, MacPherson suspension up front, and multi-link rear suspension, active dampers, and 18 inch alloy wheels.
If all of that sounds tasty to you then you can have it all starting at $23,900 at your local Honda dealer. Though the world “starting” should be taken with a grain of salt as the most expensive option available is an alternate set of wheels which will set you back $1,700, besides that all other options are pretty standard fare.
Now that you know the official price, what do you think? Is the 2017 Honda Civic Si coupe worth $23,900? Do you think its over priced? Do you think its a bargain? Also, consdiering the price of the 2017 Civic Si, what do you think the new Civic Type R should cost?
