Gaming Hype: Turn 10 Studios Announces Forza Motorsport 4 Limited Collector’s Edition

We knew this was coming but we had no idea it was going to be like this!  Yesterday Turn 10 Studios announced that there will in fact be a Limited Collector’s Edition of Forza Motorsport 4 that will be available on the October 11th release date.  So what do you get with the “Limited Collector’s Edition”?  Well they start you off with not one but if you order early you will get TWO DLC car packs.  The first is the VIP car pack which includes: 2011 Bugatti Veyron Super Sport, 2011 Ferrari 458 Challenge, 2011 Lamborghini Gallardo LP570-4 Superleggera, 2010 Nobile M600, and the 2011 RUF Rt 12 R.  In addition to the VIP pack buyers of the Limited Collector’s Edition will also get the “Ship Pack” which is what all pre-order buyers get.  The “Ship Pack” comes with: 1965 Ford Mustang GT Coupe, 2011 Koenigsegg Agera, 1997 Lexus SC300, RUF RGT-8,  and the 2011 Tesla Roadster Sport.  

If all that DLC deliciousness wasn’t enough you actually get some REAL items too!  The Limited Collector’s Edition of the game will come in a special tin and packaged with the game will be a “Cars Of Forza Motorsport 4 Presented By Top Gear” photobook.

BUT WAIT, there’s more!  There will be another 10 car muscle car pack, custom designed BMW cars which will be winners from the Forza Motorsport 4 BMW design challenge, and Limited Collector’s Edition buyers will get the 2012 BMW M5 to drive in game, and finally a set of Turn 10 Studios, Forza Motorsport 4, and Top Gear vinyl stickers.  Whew!  That’s a lot of stuff right?! That isn’t even including the free DLC car buyers will get depending on where they pre-order the game!  Don’t be alarmed, that pink stuff on he wall is merely your brain matter since I just blew your mind!  What is not known yet is the MSRP on this new Collector’s Edition of awesomeness.  However I would say expect it to cost somewhere between 80 and 100 bucks. 

Remember, this called the Limited Edition Collector’s pack which means quanties of this edition will likely be small.  So do what you can to pre-order this bundle now!
